The work focuses on three core elements, Culture, Comms, and Change, the behaviours, communication, and support systems that shape how we move through uncertainty and growth.

This framework underpins every pathway: one-to-one coaching for individuals in transition, organisational support for health and council teams, and business growth support for small and solo operators. It keeps the work grounded, human, and achievable.

My experience spans health, councils, communications, culture, and small business, giving me a wide, real-world foundation to support change at any level.
